However, manufacturer specifications are subject to revision without prior notice. We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, cancel orders affected by inadvertent pricing discrepancies, or update product data at any time.
3. Orders, Payments & Taxes
All orders placed through our platform constitute an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for reasons including stock unavailability or fraud screening. Applicable state and local sales taxes are calculated and added at checkout based on the shipping destination.
4. Consumables & Electronic Components Policy
Printers, ink bottles, toner cartridges, and paper products must be handled following manufacturer storage guidelines. Unopened consumables are eligible for return under our Refund & Returns Policy. Opened, refilled, or pierced ink tanks and pierced toner units are non-refundable unless verified defective under warranty.
5. Manufacturer Warranties & Disclaimers
Products sold on OmniStore Tech are covered by the original manufacturer’s limited warranties (e.g., HP, Canon, Epson, Brother, Logitech, Corsair, NZXT). To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, OmniStore Tech provides the website and software on an "as is" and "as available" basis without express warranties outside of those expressly stated.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall OmniStore Tech, its officers, directors, or employees be liable for indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from lost business data, machine downtime, or system setup complications.
