1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to be completely thrilled with your purchase. If a printer, mechanical keyboard, gaming mouse, Bluetooth speaker, or PC component does not meet your expectations, you may return it within thirty (30) days of delivery for a replacement or a full refund.
2. Conditions for Hardware & Consumables
Printers, PC Cabinets & RAM
Must be returned with all original manufacturer serial numbers intact, including original power adapters, mounting hardware, accessories, and box.
Inks, Toners & Specialty Paper
Due to chemical properties and printer contamination safeguards, ink bottles, toner cartridges, and reams of paper must be unopened in their factory vacuum seal to qualify for standard returns.
3. Defective on Arrival (DOA) Products
If an item arrives damaged from transit or defective out of the box, notify us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@omnistoretech.shop. We will provide a pre-paid prepaid return label immediately and ship a replacement with expedited delivery at no charge.
4. How to Initiate an RMA Return
- Locate your Order Confirmation Number (sent via email).
- Contact our support team or submit a request via our Contact Page to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) slip.
- Pack the item securely inside an outer shipping carton with the RMA number written on the label.
- Drop off the package at any authorized UPS or FedEx facility.
5. Restocking Fees
We do not charge restocking fees for unopened products or items with manufacturer hardware defects. A nominal 15% restocking fee may apply only to non-defective opened items missing internal plastic wraps or accessories.
